What Does this CT Scan Result Mean?

I have recently done CT paranasal sinuses and there is no evidence of sinusitis, apart from the right frontal sinus being underdeveloped on a congenital basis. the nasal septum is slightly deviate to the left with moderate mucosal thickening anteriorly also there is moderate mucosal thickening of both inferior nasal turbinates , mild to moderate mucosal thickening of the middle turbinates. Do you have any sugiestions what should I do

Hi,

Your nasal septum is deviated and if you are experiencing recurrent infection it's better to undergo surgery for deviated nasal septum.
